How It Works

Step 1: Pick Your Picnic Package

Choose a picnic package that best fits your needs and group size.

We offer packages where you can bring your own food and beverages or ones where we take care of everything, you just bring yourselves!

Make sure to check out our add-ons to help make your picnic perfect.

Step 2: Choose your date and location

Select your preferred date, location and time. Fill out our booking form with all your picnic details and we will respond within 24 hours.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, but don’t worry, in case of inclement weather, we can move your picnic to a different date/time.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send out a confirmation email with any additional details you need to know before your picnic!

Step 3: Enjoy your Picnic that Pops!

Show up and enjoy, it’s that easy!

We handle everything, from setup to break down in order to give you the opportunity to enjoy your picnic without any of the stress or hassle!

Your picnic will be set up when you arrive, and when you’re finished, simply head out for your next adventure and we will take care of clean up and teardown.
